Code

This step is used in operations that require a code step.

  • General Information
  • Parameter Description
    Name The name of code step. (Compulsory)
    Description The description of code step. (Not Compulsory)
  • Region
  • Parameter Description
    Related Flow Image The using image during this step.
  • Action
  • Parameter Description
    Item Selection Method It can be preferred in two ways as “Simple” and “Advanced”. When “Simple” is selected, the code can be viewed but not modified (opened as read-only). To make development in VooDoo Developer environment, “Advanced” option should be selected.
    Operator Condition is the selection field. The conditions are chosen according to the application. (Equal, Not Equal, Greater, Lesser, Greater Equal, Lesser Equal)
    Language The language of the software is selected in this area. (C #, VB.NET)
  • Time Settings
  • Parameter Description
    Maximum Step Duration The maximum time to the end of completion to find the image. If the image cannot found on the screen or the selected region, this step will not verified. (Compulsory)
    Wait Duration After Operation The wait time to pass next step to find the image. (Compulsory)
  • Scenario Flow
  • Parameter Description
    Step Flow Indicates the step flow type. (Compulsory)

    Ordered The flow type to continue sequentially.
    Conditional The flow type to continue conditionally.

    • Step to Run On Success
    • This step turns to another step on success. You can choose End to terminate the scenario step.

    • Step To Tun On Fail
    • This step turns to another step on fail. You can choose End to terminate the scenario step.

    Condition

    Used to check a data-driven requirement. Simple conditions can be created by using optional fields in the condition definition, and advanced conditions can be used by developing a code. If the condition is true or false, the flow is directed according to the condition by specifying which steps will be executed.

      Type Indicates the step flow type. (Compulsory)

      Simple
        The simple option is selected from the interface. Simple conditions can be created.

        • First Data
        • The first data to be used in the condition is selected.

        • Operator
        • Indicates under which condition the condition data will be compared. (Equal, Not Equal, Greater, Lesser, Greater Equal, Lesser Equal).

        • Second Data
        • The second data to be used in the condition is selected.

        • Relation with Previous Conditior
        • More than one condition can be defined. These conditions can be combined with and, or.

      Advance If the user wants to write code, he or she must mark advanced.

      • Development Language
      • It is the area where the software language is selected. C # or VB.NET can be selected.
